Morning and Evening Yoga



So, it's Monday and officially summer! Woo! So, I have decided to start a morning and evening yoga regime. What are your favourite types of yoga? Hatha, Ashtanga... any recommendations?

  1. Hatha for sure. Not too "aerobic" but definitely a good workout for body and soul.
