This is probably no secret to most of you, but the best hand cream ever made HAS to be L'Occitane's Shea Butter Hand Cream This stuff is rich, luxurious and has a fragrance that's ever so delicate. If you don't already stockpile it, as I do, you really should invest.
Not to mention L'Occitane is currently having a seasonal SALE! Woo!

I totally agree, I love this stuff. I have quite a few back-ups - all different, not just the shea butter.
