YUM! Booty Butter Tanning Lotion by Bikini Kitchen

(Photo: Ralph McDonald)

So, yesterday was not the sunniest summer day in old London town. Luckily, I had a fantastic bottle of Booty Butter Tanning Lotion by Bikini Kitchen on hand to make it look like I'd had a fabulous weekend in the sun!

The smell of this potion is absolutely divine! Chocolaty and delicious with none of that stinky chemically taste we are all too accustomed to. Booty Butter Tanning Lotion is a delectable 100% mix of all-natural ingredients from the islands of Hawaii which combine to accelerate tanning
while keeping the skin moisturised.

Here are the astonishing benefits to boot:

-Kukui Nut Oil accelerates tanning, helping draw sunlight into the skin.
-Kona coffee extract comes from the Kona coffee plant which is renowned for its ability to mend broken skin, soothe irritation and revitalize cells.
-Macadamia Nut Oil and Aloe Vera blend together, keeping the skin moisturized.
-Antioxidant Vitamins A, E & C. Vitamin A helps to form new blood vessels which give the skin an attractive rosy glow.
-Vitamin C fends against damage caused by the sun.
-Vitamin E protects the epidermis from early stages of ultraviolet light damage and reduces the severity of sunburn.
-Bug-repellent quality keeps insects away.
-Water-resistant which helps to prevent wasteful reapplications.

What more could a girl ask for this summer! I am glowing with health, no orange streaks in sight.

Ooh, and did I mention the cute packaging! This stuff is a god send and got my boyfriend's approval as well!

Hello big bad gloomy day!

Apparently, today is the gloomiest day of the year… hmm, what to do to try to avoid this I wondered when I woke to the gray-est sky up this morning. Well, after reading about fancy detox-ing on Goop yesterday, (admittedly, this was also whilst I was watching Wayne’s World in my pyjamas for the 4 millionth time and troughing snack foods of many different varieties, even popping candy straight out of the 80s!), I though it might be time to better myself at least in body a bit for the new year! No more sofa luxuriating Sundays, or, well, at least with the amount of food I had last night. I am going to give up chocolate and replace it with yoga and running! Yes, I’ve said it! I’ll let you know how I get on as this is the last of my myriad of old vices… we’ll see!
