Here I get personal, yep, this is about my favourite underpants!
This may sound weird, but I LOVE these new underpants that I recently bought from the Cockfighter of Bermondsey on Bermondsey Street in SE1, London. They have lots of different patters, are super comfy and are now on sale! YEAH!

Happy Monday!
I know that those words are not often found together, but I hope to make the most of the day and not let it get me too down. Sadly, my bad back is playing up this morning. Might be the cold, or the threat of having to leave the house, but I'm just down right feeling a bit sore. Luckily, Neal's Yard in Borough Market in south London offer fantastic 60 minute treatments for just 25 GBP on Mondays from 10am - 6pm! Fantastic for back sufferers and holistic therapy lovers alike!
Make the most of your Monday and if all else fails, get a massage!

New Favourite Read...
I have loved shopping with Space NK for some time. They always have an incredible, wide selection of the finest products, including their own brand that lives up to super expensive ones. If you have a bit of time on your hands, I really suggest taking a peek at their Beauty Blog It's chock full of great products and ideas. Great stuff for a rainy Sunday evening in London!
Hope everyone has a lovely week to come. x
The Classic One AKA Product Obsession #6
Having always seen all things Acqua di Parma as super classy classic, I finally decided to invest in a bottle after my first squirt of Iris Nobile. Truly love at first sniff! Yes, I was seduced by its luxurious yellow box and streamlined simple bottle, but it was really the smell that was the kicker. Not sure I'll ever go back to the likes of Jo Malone, so sorry Jo I've fallen in love with an Italian Aristocratic Beauty!

Let's go for a country walk...
My boyfriend asked if I'd like to go for a lil' country walk tomorrow. Not sure if I'm more excited about the fresh air or the fact I get to wear my wonderous wellies!! I hope to look like the above... lovely!

Lllllllllove! Product obsession # 5
It's the end of the week and I am feeling less than sprightly shall we say... My skin is a tad lackluster, but I've got just the cure waiting for me in my bathroom, excitement! It's Fruit and Flower Acid Mask by Chantecaille Just the ticket to great hangover skin. It goes on as a thick cream and comforts immediately removes dull, dry skin and reveals a fresh seemingly new complexion. Fruit acids and grapefruit enzymes slough away dead cells to leave skin looking revived and refreshed. Skin elasticity and suppleness is restored and the complexion is left toned and radiant. Great great great stuff! Oh, and they also had a spa at Fenwick's in London...

Moody blues: Product obsession #4
This morning was not a day to wake up and trot into work by any stretch of the imagination. I woke up early so I could have a bit of time to just lounge in bed before the onslaught of the crazy outside world. When I finally managed to drag myself to the bathroom and shower, I felt a whole lot better, especially when I remembered the treat I had left waiting for me last night, Cowshed’s glorious Moody Cow Balancing Bath & Massage Oil. Moody Cow Balancing Bath & Massage Oil
As we all know, oil is a fab body moisturiser that penetrates super quick and leaves skin feeling like silk. This does just that PLUS smells of heavenly rose geranium, linden blossom, and frankincense. I can practically feel my colleagues sniffing me now!
Not to mention : “Cowshed products contain no parabens, no petrochemicals and are free from sulphates, artificial fragrances and colours. They are suitable for vegetarians and have not been tested on animals.”

Scent from heaven AKA Product obsession #3
I have been using this cleanser on my combination skin for a few weeks and I just can't start to explain how much I love it. It's really transformed my skin and leaves me smelling like gorgeous essential oils. I wish they made a perfume with the same blend. The Urban Retreat Spa at Harrods, where I discovered THE Facial as well as these products, ain't too shabby either! THE Cleanser from Beautique

Gorgeous! Product obsession #2
I woke up this morning and busted open a tub of this scrub that I was sent a while ago by a PR. OH MY GOD! How had I not opened it before! This is seriously great stuff. I smelled like a mimosa and skipped in to work!

Along with loads of people, I am so pleased today beyond words! There is a lightness to my heart and the world seems full of possibility! Last year, I went to see one of my favourite artist's, Shepard Fairey, exhibition at the Truman Brewery on Brick Lane in London. It was spectacular to say the least. If you do not already know his work, please do check it out ASAP. I am so proud that the above now hangs in the National Portrait Gallery in Washington, just blocks from the White House.
In this world amazing things can happen!

Hello big bad gloomy day!
Apparently, today is the gloomiest day of the year… hmm, what to do to try to avoid this I wondered when I woke to the gray-est sky up this morning. Well, after reading about fancy detox-ing on Goop yesterday, (admittedly, this was also whilst I was watching Wayne’s World in my pyjamas for the 4 millionth time and troughing snack foods of many different varieties, even popping candy straight out of the 80s!), I though it might be time to better myself at least in body a bit for the new year! No more sofa luxuriating Sundays, or, well, at least with the amount of food I had last night. I am going to give up chocolate and replace it with yoga and running! Yes, I’ve said it! I’ll let you know how I get on as this is the last of my myriad of old vices… we’ll see!
Wowie, Brighton Tea!
I have just heard of the MOST incredible place in Brighton! Oh, I so need the day off to visit. Just take a peek at this and you'll be amazed!
The Tea CosyThe rules seem quite extreme, but I love the thought of the 'Lady Diana Spencer, Princess of Wales, Queen of Hearts, 10 year Anniversary, Your Death Has Torn Our Lives Apart, Fairwell Dear Princess Queen Of Hearts, Forever In Our Thoughts, Memorial Afternoon Tea' all the same!

My enduring love for beauty products. Case #1 - Liz Earle
I know I am not alone in this, but I love, adore even, beauty products. If I had more cash, I'd dedicate an entire blog and most of my free time to writing it. In all shapes and forms, I love them. I try them religiously, rave and rant about them, clog up the bathroom with them. It's one of those weird things that I just find such pleasure in, to my boyfriend's chagrin. Sorry honey, but there is one lady who I adore as much as you, her name is one of myth, but also my reality, she's LIZ EARLE Oh me oh my! When I was given a few samples of her magic potions I fell ultimately in love! I especially cannot get enough of the Cleanse and Polish face cleanser, with its muslin polishing cloth, smell of heaven and texture of silk, followed by the amazingly restorative Superskin Concentrate which transports me into a delicious childlike slumber night after night. If you do anything today, please visit the site Liz Earle or Kings Road shop, even if just for a nose around.

Inspiring ' Back in Skinny Jeans'
One of the reasons that I started this blog was because I read the inspirational tale of the lovely blog Back in Skinny Jeans. I was waiting for my plane from the US to take off a few weeks ago and I was feeling that end of holiday feeling when I stumbled upon it, http://www.backinskinnyjeans.com/2009/01/steph-is-quoted-in-februarys-glamournext-to-a-topless-pregnant-woman-in-jeans.html
It's a truly lovely blog that I would recommend one and all to take a peek at.

Wagamama... the obsession continues!
I have this lil' problem that seems to appear in front of me at every corner in London. I try not to give in, but I ALWAYS seem to. Its simple, handsome and oh-so delicious! And luckily NOT and unsuitable man! This lil' charmer is named Wagamama and can be found ALL OVER London. It's menu is heathy and always delicious, hence why I can ALWAYS justify my visits. At the moment they are coming-good on the most amazing promotion they had on before Christmas. They gave me these vouchers when I paid for my visit that entitled me to either a buy-one-get-one free (BOGOF hehe), free drink, or free side, valid for most of January! SWOOOOOON! Yes, so I have been lurking at their lovely long tales all over London for the ast month... HEAVENLY! I do hope that they do this again next year, but if not,
Money Saving Tip: I would highly recommend visiting their website, www.wagamama.com , and becoing a member. In this way, you can see all the valid promotions that they have on for the coming week, often BOGOFs! Enjoy!
